Join us every other Tuesday evening for a six-session video series called “Get Out of Your Head” by Jennie Allen. This study will show us how to submit our minds to Christ because how we think shapes how we live. As we surrender every thought to Jesus, the promises of God flood our lives in profound ways. This study will Identify the negative thought patterns that are keeping you stuck. Understand the science behind why your thoughts can change your life. Recognize your God-given power to confront and overcome your toxic thoughts. This will be a virtual Bible study via zoom. You won’t want to miss out on this! This study is open to anyone at any time. Beloved Sunshine- DesMoines Bible Study

Join us in person on the third Friday every month. This study is a Christ-centered group focused on spiritual growth, connection, and encouragement. Through prayer, biblical discussions, and support, we create a space to share life’s challenges and joys while growing in faith and love. All are welcome to join us in discovering God’s purpose together. Adults only, no childcare provided.
